Roles and Responsibilities
- Brand Representation: Promote financial services (loans and GIC) to recruitment partners.
- Sales Growth: Increase market awareness and boost the sales of financial products.
- Agent Education: Provide guidance to agents to ensure quality applications.
- Primary Point of Contact: Act as the main contact for recruitment partners.
- Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow financial services.
- Conversion Management: Maintain high conversion rates through relationship management and effective sales strategies.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on performance metrics and targets.
- Cold Calling & Travel: Engage in cold calling and travel as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Language Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English.
- Education: A diploma or bachelor’s degree.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in financial or educational services.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Problem-Solving: Proven ability to handle complex situations effectively.
- Sector Experience: Experience in educational consulting, financial services (GIC and loans), or postsecondary education is a plus.
- Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
