Job Location:

Age Limit:

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, plan meetings, and take minutes.
- Screen and respond to emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of executives.
- Prepare and manage documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Organize travel arrangements, including lodging, airfare, and transport.
- Conduct research and assist with decision-making for executives.
- Help in project management, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.
- Plan and coordinate both in-person and virtual events, such as client meetings and team conferences.
- Assist in creating and maintaining standard operating procedures.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- College graduate, with proficiency in time-tracking tools like Hubstaff.
- Ability to use CRMs and project management tools (e.g., Monday, Asana, Trello).
- Professional-level proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Must have a laptop/desktop with a minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps.
- Hardware requirements:
- 720p HD webcam.
- Noise-canceling headset.
- Backup laptop, internet device, and power source in case of emergencies.
- Primary computer specs: 8 GB RAM and Intel Core i5 (or equivalent).
- Backup computer specs: Intel Core i3 and 4 GB RAM.
Pay and Benefits:
- Competitive hourly wage, up to ₹42,500 per month depending on experience.
