Job Responsibilities:
1. City Lead:
- Scale supplier acquisition and Meesho’s market penetration within the assigned city.
- Mentor and motivate a team of Business Development Executives to meet targets.
- Collaborate with central teams to ensure quality selection, affordable pricing, and strong product discovery.
- Develop robust processes for seamless operations.
- Analyze and evaluate supplier metrics such as orders, deliveries, and activation rates.
- Coordinate with the Regional Manager to achieve exponential growth goals.

2. Talent Acquisition Coordinator:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Manage end-to-end virtual interview processes and recruitment drives.
- Create job posts and assist in screening resumes and applications.
- Maintain reports and dashboards, updating data as needed.
- Provide effective feedback to candidates and ensure efficient communication with stakeholders.
3. Social Media Intern:
- Create engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Schedule, publish, and monitor posts while managing comments and messages.
- Research influencers for collaborations and assist in planning social media campaigns.
- Develop visually appealing videos and photos aligned with brand identity.
- Monitor trends, analyze performance metrics, and identify improvement opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualifications:
- Talent Acquisition Coordinator / Social Media Intern: Graduate degree in any discipline.
- City Lead: Graduate degree in any discipline or MBA, with at least 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or supplier acquisition in the e-commerce sector.
Age Limit:
- Minimum age: 18 years
- No upper age limit specified.
Skills Required:
