Customer Associate (Chat Support)
- Address the pressing needs and concerns of online ordering customers.
- Elevate the standard of Zomato’s customer service.
- Contact customers to resolve their issues via chats, calls, and emails.
- Surface key problems to other Zomato teams to assist in designing better solutions.
Key Accounts Manager
- Exhibit a spirit of service towards customers, delivery partners, restaurant partners, and the community.
- Build deep, mutually beneficial relationships that go beyond transactional interactions.
- Be hands-on and develop a clear understanding of the intricacies of running a restaurant.
- Identify and resolve restaurant issues.

Ticketing Operations Manager
- Execute the ticket sales plan effectively.
- Assist in setting up event creation, seat mapping, and maintaining ticket inventory to meet revenue and attendance goals.
