Responsibilities for KYC Support Associate
- Review, execute, and make decisions on allocated cases for the video KYC process.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulations and policies defined for the video KYC process, including KYC document compliance.
- Accurately update decisioning files and systems with final case decisions.
- Prioritize and address urgent customer/internal stakeholder emails and referrals promptly.
- Regularly review processes, identify gaps proactively, and suggest improvements for necessary changes.
- Track and maintain responsibility for process-specific tasks, especially during policy or process updates.
Responsibilities for Senior Customer Service Manager
- Govern all business KPIs at the partner site, ensuring monthly target achievements.
- Oversee the resolution of service delivery incidents, addressing red flags and process errors effectively.
- Drive profitability through cross-sell, up-sell, and add-on sales initiatives across voice and non-voice processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify performance improvement opportunities and implement actionable plans.
- Maintain strong working relationships between vendor partners and the organization.
- Manage hybrid work setups (work from home/office) using proctoring tools while addressing quality errors and financial loss recovery from vendors.
- Ensure process documentation and strict compliance adherence.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay
- KYC Support Associate: Approximate monthly salary of ₹25,800.
- Senior Customer Service Manager: Approximate monthly salary of ₹33,300.
