Salary/Pay and Grade Pay

For the Customer Delight Associate position, the salary will range from ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month approximately.

Responsibilities of Customer Delight Associate

• Provide exceptional customer service through phone calls, chats, and email channels.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of Kuku FM’s products and services to effectively assist customers.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
• Utilize various tools and software to manage customer support efficiently.

For this recruitment, candidates must be at least 18 years old. There is no upper age limit specified.

Educational Qualifications

Customer Delight Associate:

• Minimum: 12th pass
• Preferred: Graduate degree in any discipline

Knowledge/Skills and Additional Information Required

• Proficiency in Hindi (required), English knowledge is a plus
• Fluent in Hindi (both spoken and written)
• Exceptional storytelling skills
• Ability to generate innovative ideas for promotional campaigns
• Creative with design and video (knowledge of Canva and Photoshop is a plus)
• Strong time management skills
• Comfortable with blended processes
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively
