Roles and Responsibilities of Invoice Support Specialist:

1. Billing Information Entry:
   • Accurately enter billing details and meter readings into various systems and reports.
2. Data Management:
   • Input primary utility data and usage information into reports in multiple formats.
3. Irregularities Reporting:
   • Notify customers and invoice specialists of any discrepancies in readings or utility rates.
4. Report and Bill Creation:
   • Create and manage reports and invoices in Excel and PDF formats.
   • Upload tenant charge files and, if necessary, email invoices to clients and tenants.
5. Progress Monitoring:
   • Track tasks and assignments using Microsoft Planner.
6. Customer Support:
   • Handle incoming calls from customers with questions regarding submeter billing.
   • Provide helpful guidance to direct clients to the right personnel.
7. Research Support:
   • Assist with rate-related research required for creating invoices.
8. Training and Mentorship:
   • Provide basic training to entry-level team members as needed.
9. Team Collaboration:
   • Participate in team and corporate meetings.
   • Be proactive in taking on additional responsibilities.
10. Process Improvement:

• Support efforts aimed at streamlining work processes.

11. Additional Tasks:

• Carry out other duties as assigned by management.
