Responsibilities of Relationship Officer (Digital Sales):

1. Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.

Responsibilities of Chat Support:

1. Handle customer calls and provide assistance for queries.
2. Maintain strong relationships with customers.
3. Provide accurate and complete information about products and services.
4. Ensure quality communication and customer service, adhering to productivity and service benchmarks.
5. Ensure customer satisfaction, measured through NPS (Net Promoter Score) and consistent service experience.
6. Follow information security and quality process standards.
7. Stay updated on process changes and comply with new procedures.
8. Cross-sell additional banking products as required by business needs.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay:

• Relationship Officer (Digital Sales): The salary is approximately ₹33,300 per month.
• Customer Support Executive (Chat Support): The salary is approximately ₹25,700 per month.
