Responsibilities of Junior Customer Service Executive:
- Take ownership of customer issues and provide resolutions.
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions for system/application issues.
- Handle day-to-day customer service operations and infrastructure management.
- Maintain daily activities and routines efficiently.
- Ensure technical support is delivered effectively as per SLAs.
- Manage the technical support center and escalation desk/tickets for NOC and SOC issues.
- Monitor vendor performance, including critical incidents, delayed cases, and SLA adherence.
- Oversee planned activities and change management.
- Resolve network and SOC issues promptly and effectively.
- Establish tools and procedures for monitoring network performance.
Responsibilities of Lead Customer Security Operations:
- Perform technical administration and troubleshooting to maintain solution efficiency.
- Conduct incident validation, analysis, and solution recommendations.
- Assist in developing, revising, and maintaining standard operating procedures and instructions.
- Serve as an escalation point for Level 1 customer service analysts.
- Coordinate with IT teams on escalations, performance issues, and outages.
- Provide optimization recommendations for systems, processes, and policies.
- Publish weekly and monthly reports on customer service operations activities.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay:
- Junior Customer Service Executive: ₹33,600 per month (approx.)
- Lead Customer Security Operations: ₹41,600 per month (approx.)
