Responsibilities of a Talent Acquisition Associate:

• Apply expertise in talent acquisition to develop and refine policies.
• Recruit staff for specific functions and service areas as per staffing plans.
• Create and execute a hiring plan while managing the recruitment process.
• Manage and optimize in-house and external job portals.
• Gather and share industry best practices and insights.
• Oversee internal job postings and collaborate with HR teams to develop new hiring sources.
• Audit candidate experiences across all stages of recruitment.
• Use analytics to identify and address gaps in the recruitment process.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay:

The approximate monthly salary for this position is ₹33,300.
