Responsibilities for Customer Service Chat Support:
- Provide customer service through chat, email, and phone.
- Resolve a wide range of technical and non-technical issues in real-time.
- Serve as the main point of contact for new customers.
- Introduce and educate customers about Oracle’s services and products.
- Gain expertise in specific product areas within Oracle’s core technologies and applications.
Responsibilities for Collections Specialist:
- Assist in collecting and managing outstanding invoices from overdue accounts.
- Collect overpayments from current and former employees.
- Collaborate with managers to resolve the root causes of overpayments.
- Manage accounts, including delinquency, write-offs, credit memos, and interest.
- Identify deteriorating credit situations and recommend solutions.
- Prepare detailed collections reports.
Responsibilities for Student Intern:
- Perform data entry, cleaning, and preparation tasks.
- Conduct data analysis and create visualizations.
- Collaborate with teams across departments.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay:
- Customer Service Chat Support: ₹34,300 per month (approximately).
- Collections Specialist: ₹41,600 per month (approximately).
