Cargo Operations Officer/Executive:

• Handle cargo shipments efficiently.
• Conduct operations in line with regulations and standards.
• Ensure cargo is manifested as per sales planning.
• Verify proper dispatch of cargo from warehouses with all relevant documents.
• Generate and maintain accurate documentation and reports.
• Oversee loading/unloading of cargo on aircraft.
• Communicate with destinations on cargo location and documentation.
• Perform daily equipment maintenance checks.
• Confirm issuance of correct airway bills by cargo agents.
• Supervise ground handling staff activities on the ramp.
• Enforce safety, security, and SOPs related to cargo operations.
• Comply with safety responsibilities as per Indigo’s SMS manual.

Senior Executive (Security):

• Uphold company standards and security protocols.
• Conduct effective threat assessments and implement response measures.
• Achieve department objectives and track progress.
• Follow the security program protocols.
• Monitor and ensure performance standards on shift.
• Maintain quality levels and optimize resources.
• Familiarize with emergency response procedures.
• Engage in team leader development discussions.
• Maintain files, logs, and provide training input.
• Update manuals, local procedures, and equipment maintenance.

Cabin Attendant:

• Welcome passengers on board and assist them to their seats.
• Provide special attention to elderly, disabled, or special-needs passengers.
• Serve meals and refreshments during the flight.
• Check and maintain emergency equipment and information for passengers.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay

• Senior Executive (Security): Approx. ₹29,160 per month
• Cabin Attendant: Approx. ₹27,500 per month
• Cargo Operations Officer/Executive: Approx. ₹28,300 – ₹40,000 per month

Age Limit for Indigo Airlines Recruitment 2024

• General Age Requirement: Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
• Cabin Attendant Post: Candidates must be between 18 to 27 years of age.

Educational Qualifications for Indigo Airlines Recruitment 2024

• Cargo Operations Officer/Executive/Senior Executive:
  • Qualification: A graduate degree in any discipline.
• Cabin Attendant:
  • Qualification: Minimum of 12th pass.
