Responsibilities:
City Lead:
- Drive a 10x increase in supplier acquisition in assigned city/cities.
- Expand Meesho’s reach within supply hubs and offline hubs around the city.
- Mentor and guide a team of business development executives on Meesho’s values.
- Collaborate with central teams to ensure quality selection, competitive pricing, and high visibility on the platform.
- Develop and implement efficient processes for smooth operations.
- Track supplier metrics (order activation, dispatch, delivery) within the city.
- Partner with the regional manager to achieve 10x growth targets.
Talent Acquisition Coordinator:
- Build strong connections with candidates, employees, and alumni.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Oversee the end-to-end interview process.
- Manage virtual interview events and drives.
- Assist in job posting, resume screening, and candidate feedback.
- Generate reports, dashboards, and update data as needed.
Social Media Intern:
- Create engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Schedule and publish posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments/messages.
- Identify influencers for brand partnerships.
- Plan and analyze social media campaigns.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay:
- City Lead: ₹41,300 per month
- Talent Acquisition Coordinator: ₹29,160 per month
- Social Media Intern: ₹20,200 per month
