As a Business Services Associate, you will have a vital role in Tide’s Off-Campus Drive. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing Level 2 Support: Maintain a deep understanding of products to prioritize tasks and ensure prompt support for members.
• Identifying Trends: Spot trends in member interactions and proactively suggest improvements to the product or member experience.
• Adapting to New Features: Learn new features that assist members and their clients in processing payments more efficiently.
• Sharing Feedback: Regularly provide valuable feedback to operations and product managers.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Investigate data and support reporting efforts to monitor the effectiveness of products and services.
• Supporting Back-Office Tasks: Assist with routine tasks, share insights with new team members, and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Assisting Level 1 Colleagues: Be available to support Level 1 team members with queries.

Qualifications Required for Tide:

• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Proficiency with tools like Excel, Jira, GSuite, and ticketing CRM systems.
• Comfortable communicating with members via phone, chat, and email to optimize their experience with business accounts and products.
• Skilled in problem-solving and creating solutions for complex issues.
• Able to identify recurring issues and assist in creating procedures to address them.
• Highly organized, responsible, and proactive in your work.
• Preferably experienced in customer service within the financial sector or having worked with startups and scaleups.
