SuperProcure 2024 Work from Home Jobs: Roles and Responsibilities for Customer Support – Trainee (SaaS) (Remote)

The key responsibilities for the Customer Support – Trainee (SaaS) position during the Off-Campus Drive include:

Client Support:

• Monitor client interactions and respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Troubleshoot client tickets and provide detailed instructions or solutions.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams, escalating complex issues or feedback as needed to ensure swift resolution.
• Assist clients in effectively using the SP digital logistics platform by addressing queries related to account setup and navigation of its features.

Customer Success – Strengthening Adoption:

• Track client KPI adherence and user acceptance across the platform.
• Conduct review sessions to engage users proactively and promote product adoption and value.
• Continuously seek ways to enhance customer experience by identifying process improvement opportunities.
• Implement initiatives to boost customer satisfaction and engagement.
• Deliver prompt and efficient assistance to foster a positive user experience.

Qualifications for Customer Support – Trainee (SaaS) (Remote) – SuperProcure 2024:

• Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in presentations and/or Excel.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical clients.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to client inquiries and concerns.
• Experience: Prior experience with help desk support, CRM software, logistics platforms, basic tech troubleshooting, or similar client-facing roles is a plus.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to meet client business demands.
