Responsibilities for Business Change Coordinator:
- Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and suppliers to define high-level solution intent, information models, and documentation requirements.
- Identify stakeholders and end users involved in deployment activities.
- Partner with cross-functional key stakeholders to develop a project change vision and stakeholder engagement plan.
- Conduct business change impact assessments with senior stakeholders and team members to prepare for deployment.
- Work closely with business analysts and HR teams to review the impact on job roles and organizational structure.
- Collaborate with super user networks and trainers to develop a training needs analysis.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay:
- For the Client Success Manager position, the approximate salary is ₹51,500 per month.
- For the Business Change Coordinator role, the salary is around ₹33,300 per month.
